Oh, how I love this stuff! My sister, PeeJay makes the most awesome pumpkin cheesecake. She makes it for Thanksgiving... that's it. I don't have the recipe and I don't want to know how to make it. It is evil stuff and if I knew how to make it I would be able to get a new job as the fat lady in a circus.
See that sugary walnut topping? Yum. And the cheesecake is like silk... so rich. There were two pieces gone after Thanksgiving dinner... and she left the rest of it here.
