Mom, I'm Bored!

.....and make sure you elongate the oooooooo part of Mom.....

My youngest daughter just came to me with this sentence complete with partial pout and full arm flappage.

"Well," I say, "why don't you go outside and play?"

"But none of the other kids are here today," flaps A. "It's no fun when it's just meeeeee!"

"Okay." (now I'm thinking) "Wanna vacuum?"

"Uh....Sure!" She says. "Can I plug it in myself and everything?"

So she is right now vacuuming the living room. I think I may have just found an up side to the the girls getting older. :-)
